A special, compact TWO-HOUR edition of The Best Three Hours Of Radio On The Whole Friggin' Planet will have the number 4 on its little mutant mind. We'll start by servin' up a roughly one-hour tribute to Ken Sharp's book Play On! Power Pop Heroes Volume 4, with a track apiece from each of the 17 artists profiled therein. That means a first hour of tracks from The dB's, The Producers, Tommy Keene, Let's Active, The Go-Go's, The Spongetones, The Bangles, The Three O'Clock, The Smithereens, Crowded House, The Hoodoo Gurus, Redd Kross, Matthew Sweet, Teenage Fanclub, The Pursuit Of Happiness, Michael Penn, and Parthenon Huxley.
