Once a month, Boppin' (Like The Hip Folks Do) takes a day off from its ill-advised commitment to daily public posting and sends out a little something special only for its paid supporters. July's private post for patrons is yet another unpublished chapter from my book-in-progress The Greatest Record Ever Made! (Volume 1), this time celebrating the classic "Louie, Louie" by The Kingsmen.
