THIS IS ROCK 'N' ROLL RADIO is now old enough to drink

This Is Rock 'n' Roll Radio with Dana & Carl is 21 years old today. Yes, after decades of driving listeners to drink, TIRnRR is finally old enough to start frequenting the nightclubs, bars, and taverns that play that rock 'n' roll sound we crave. Set up a round!

Rest assured that being older will not invite a sudden rush of maturity. This show is powered by the giddy thrill of pop music, and that won't be changing any time soon. Our upcoming big year-end countdown show will demonstrate that bubbly enthusiasm in abundance, and we hope you'll join us Sunday night, December 29th, from 9 to Midnight Eastern, on the air in Syracuse at SPARK! WSPJ 103.3 and 93.7 FM, and on the web at http://sparksyracuse.org

And we hope you'll keep on joining us every Sunday night, as we continue our quixotic quest to pull off sight gags on the radio, to proclaim something THE GREATEST RECORD EVER MADE!, and then turn around and proclaim something else as THE GREATEST RECORD EVER MADE!, and take pride in our own short but sincere attention spans.

Wanna read the story of how TIRnRR got to wherever it is now? Check out BOPPIN' THE WHOLE FRIGGIN' PLANET, my extended history of our little mutant radio show. We still claim to be The Best Three Hours Of Radio On The Whole Friggin' Planet, and we still believe our own hype. 21? Yeah. But don't worry. Maturity wouldn't suit us anyway.
