"Tell me your plans?" Well! Prior to this week, I would not have thought it likely that we could ever plan on playing new music from classic CBGB's stalwarts THE SHIRTS. But. We. ARE!! In fact, we have TWO new tracks from the Shirts, and we'll supplement those Shirts with more starchy freshness courtesy of THE TRAFALGARS, EARTH QUAKE, ATHENSVILLE, SARAH LIGHTMAN, CLOCKWORK FLOWERS, THE ANDERSON COUNCIL, LITTLE ROGER, RANDY KLAWON, MARK BACINO, and a new live track by GRAHAM PARKER AND THE GOLDTOPS. We can also plan on playlist delights by THE KNACK, THE MOSQUITOS, THE FLASHCUBES, THE SPONGETONES, THE SUPREMES, THE RAMONES, IRMA THOMAS, ERMA FRANKLIN, JOE JACKSON, THE PRETENDERS, THE WELL WISHERS, SPINNING JENNIES, SHOES, COTTON MATHER, SLYBOOTS, THE DONNAS, THE RUNAWAYS, THE ON AND ONS, THE TEARDROP EXPLODES, and sparkle*jets u.k. That...still doesn't cover three hours, so yeah, we'll have even more besides all of that. That's OUR plan, and it starts with NEW MUSIC FROM THE SHIRTS!
