This Is Rock 'n' Roll Radio # 967

We had plans to play a lot of new stuff tonight, including some wonderful fresh spins by Eytan Mirsky, The Jellybricks, Lannie Flowers, Popdudes, The Ex-Teens, and The Beatpunkers, the TIRnRR debut of The Somethings, and a fab track by Intensive Care circa 1989, all following an opening burst of 1977 power pop energy courtesy of The Jam. Technical issues prompted us to delay all of that to next week's show. Well, except for The Jam; there's no reason to postpone playing The Jam. Couldn't do a live broadcast, couldn't do a webcast, but we could still come in and record a new show for the archive. Call us troupers. And then call us a cab. We hope to return LIVE next week, but for now: this is what rock 'n' roll radio almost sounded like on a Sunday night in Syracuse this week.
