This Is Rock 'n' Roll Radio # 1143: The 11th Annual DANA'S FUNKY SOUL PIT

This Is Rock 'n' Roll Radio has three annual events. Two of them started at the end of our first year as TIRnRR, when December of 1999 brought our first annual Christmas show and our first annual countdown show. Our listeners look forward to both of those events. Likewise, they surely do look forward to our blowout once-every-summer event: Dana's Funky Soul Pit

This year brings The 11th Annual Dana's Funky Soul Pit, and it continues to get on the good foot with sweat, swagger, and style. Scanning the playlist below, you'll find evidence of a specific Fab focus for 2022's event. And you know that can't be bad.

Dana's been putting these annual extravaganzas together since 2012. And each and every year, Dana's Funky Soul Pit remains one of our most eagerly-anticipated features. Dana never disappoints. Get set to sweat. This is what rock 'n' roll radio sounded like in Dana's Funky Soul Pit on a Sunday night in Syracuse this week.

This Is Rock 'n' Roll Radio with Dana & Carl airs Sunday nights from 9 to Midnight Eastern, on the air in Syracuse at SPARK! WSPJ 103.3 and 93.7 FM, on the web at http://sparksyracuse.org/, and via the TuneIn Radio and Radio Garden apps as Westcott Radio.
