An infinite number of songs can each be THE greatest record ever made, as long as they take turns. I like that idea so much I'm writing a book about it. And I'm promoting that book with a weekly video series, discussing each of the book's chosen tracks one by one.
Georgia's on a lot of minds this week, but it's a coincidence that this week's video rant also brings us to The Georgia Peach, the incomparable Little Richard. Little Richard's "The Girl Can't Help It" was the title theme for the first great rock 'n' roll movie, and while I wish I could link you to that film's incredible opening sequence, I can at least direct you to listen to that fantastic track here.
