This Is Rock 'n' Roll Radio # 1160: The 24th Annual THIS IS ROCK 'N' ROLL RADIO Christmas Show

Sometimes we need a little Christmas.

We played Angela Lansbury's Mame classic "We Need A Little Christmas" on last year's holiday TIRnRR. It happened to be the first show we programmed after I lost my mom on December 9th of 2021. We mustered the will to embrace whatever festive spirit we could manage. Sometimes we need a little...you know.

What that spirit can mean is open to interpretation. I don't tie it to creed. Regardless of your specific faith or spiritual POV, you have the right and privilege to jingle the bells you wanna jingle. Our Christmas wish is that we can all gather under a bright star and believe in something greater. We don't need to believe the same thing. We just need to believe.

Listen: the snow is falling. I believe a little Christmas may be in order.

Sometimes, it's what we need.

Happy Holidays from This Is Rock 'n' Roll Radio with Dana & Carl
