Each week, the pop culture website Pop-A-Looza shares some posts from my vast 'n' captivating Boppin' (Like The Hip Folks Do) archives. The latest shared post dates back to the miserable aftermath of the 2016 election, but remains relevant today: Veterans Are Fair.
As the piece says, I lost my dad in 2012. More recently, my Mom passed in December of 2021. We had her memorial service in April. The interment was yesterday. Mom and Dad are together again.
I hope they dance.
It just seems fair.
