This Is Rock 'n' Roll Radio # 889

New music from The Successful Failures, a tease for a forthcoming blog post about my 25 favorite tracks by The Monkees, and our best wishes to all our friends, and all of their friends everywhere: safe, sound, and listening to music.

COMING SOON ON THIS IS ROCK 'N' ROLL RADIO: This was TIRnRR # 889, bringing us ever closer to our blowout 900th show in late November. But we have a few things in store for you in the mean time. IN TWO WEEKS: On September 24th, our Featured Act will be The Flamin' Groovies. IN THREE WEEKS: On October 1st, it's the return of DANA'S FUNKY SOUL PIT! And some time in October, we're thinking of turning an entire show over to six deserving Featured Acts for another exciting edition of THE MAGNIFICENT SIX! But right now? This is what rock 'n' roll radio sounded like on a Sunday night in Syracuse this week.

This Is Rock 'n' Roll Radio with Dana & Carl streams Sunday nights from 9 to Midnight Eastern, exclusively at www.westcottradio.org
