LATE GIG ALERT: The Flashcubes in Fayetteville, NY on Tuesday, June 14th

My all-time favorite power pop group (and current Big Stir Records recording artists) The Flashcubes will be making a rare live appearance on Tuesday, June 14th. Hey, that's tomorrow! Well! Best adjust your schedule right now, then!

Here's the word from 'Cubes bassist Gary Frenay hisself:

"Big news, folks! Last minute announcement here of a mini-Cubes gig, happening at Green Lakes Lanes on Tuesday, June 14. The FabCats are playing most of the gig (6 to 9 p.m.), but Paul Armstrong will be joining Arty Lenin and Gary Frenay (with Cathy LaManna on drums) for one full set of Flashcubes originals and covers. Of course, it's never a full Cubes gig without Tommy Allen on drums, but this may be the closest they'll come for the foreseeable future. Cubes' set is at 8:00 p.m. Spread the word, and BE THERE!"

Will the Flashcubes perform their new single "Have You Ever Been Torn Apart?" I dunno. Maybe? One way to find out. Cubic discovery! Hope to see you Tuesday under the bright lights.
