For as little as $2 a month, paid patrons of Boppin' (Like The Hip Folks Do) receive one bonus private post each month. These private posts are not made available to the public until at least one month after patrons see them. Greedy? Yep! It's my way of turning back the clock to pretend I'm still getting paid for my writing. (And, come to think of it, Goldmine didn't pay all that much better than this.) The September private post for patrons will be "The Best Of Everything: An Appreciation Of Greatest Hits Sets." This is the introductory post in a near-future series that will examine individual best-of sets by The Kinks, The Raspberries, and many others.
