As I write this on Thursday, our atypically mild Syracuse winter has decided to celebrate Leap Year with plunging temperatures and lake effect snowfall. Nine inches of snow in my driveway, and much snowing blowing in the air. This complicates my plan to drive today from Syracuse to Columbus, Ohio for a trip I can't postpone and have to make if it's humanly possible. In the words of a guy whose voice you hear singing near the end of this week’s show: Life is what happens when you’re busy making other plans.
But it looks like there’s a break in the snow now, so I’m going to see if the trip is doable. If all goes well, I’ll have returned to Syracuse in time to hear this show blast its waves in all directions on Sunday night.
