THE GREATEST RECORD EVER MADE (VOLUME 1): Executing a format (Ready! Aim! Wait...how could you MISS...?!)

I have begun the process of formatting my book The Greatest Record Ever Made! (Volume 1) for publication. 

It's...not going well. 

It seems a likely bet that the problems stem from something I'm doing wrong. I'm using...well, let's not say what I'm using, because I don't want this to be read as a complaint about that service or its intrepid reps. Honestly, the reps seem just as mystified (and nearly as frustrated) as I am, and they've been prompt and polite in their efforts to get this book project back on the straight and narrow.

But my book keeps disappearing.

Yeah, POOF! Gone. I edit, I save, I close the app, and I wait for it to shut down completely. When I go back the next day, the book is no longer there. And a night's formatting work is lost.

Twice, the reps have been able to restore my work from backups. Those disappear just as quickly as my initial attempts disappear.

I have not given up on this yet. I have another resource in mind if need be, but I want to see if I can resolve the issue via the current method. I'm determined to get this book to the marketplace. Work on my two other pending books Make Something Happen! The DIY Story Of A Power Pop Band Called THE FLASHCUBES and my super-secret mystery other book project) has to defer to the immediate goal of getting GREM! out.

We'll get it done. Operators are standing by.
