Fake THIS IS ROCK 'N' ROLL Playlist # 145 (A really, REALLY long playlist)

This Is Rock 'n' Roll Radio is simply too large a concept to be neatly contained within a mere three-hour weekly time slot. Hence these occasional fake TIRnRR playlists, detailing shows we're never really going to do...but could.

My records indicate that this is the 145th edition of my Fake THIS IS ROCK 'N' ROLL RADIO Playlist series. And since 145 is such an important number in my book The Greatest Record Ever Made! (Volume 1)--y'know, one 45 at a time--this occasion of Fake TIRnRR # 145 seems like a good excuse to slap together a really, REALLY long playlist of track from its 144 predecessors.

The first fake TIRnRR playlist was a collection of make-believe records, concocted as a tribute to the Daisy Bang, a fictional bubblegum group created by David Smay for the book Bubblegum Music Is The Naked Truth. Today's imaginary playlist will skip using a selection from that one, from 2018's A Supplemental Christmas Show, from 2020's Title Songs For Albums That Don't Have Title Songs, from 2023's Imitating The Imitators!, and from the Isolation Edition, which originally posted when the pandemic shut us down, but which subsequently became a real show when we began home-recording in April of 2020. We ain't missed a week's real-life show since then.

That still leaves 139 tracks representing 139 make-believe radio playlists. It's the 145th edition of Fake THIS IS ROCK 'N' ROLL Playlist, spinning one 45 at a time. So...LET'S GO!

This Is Rock 'n' Roll Radio with Dana & Carl--y'know, the real one--airs Sunday nights from 9 to Midnight Eastern, on the air in Syracuse at SPARK!
